5. Listing Fees & Payment

• Understand that fees are generally non-refundable
• Accept that listing durations are fixed once purchased

6. Transactions Between Users

Eswatini Classifieds is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are NOT a party to any transaction between users. We do not:

• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• Guarantee the accuracy of listings or user information
• Handle payments between buyers and sellers
• Provide escrow or buyer protection services

All transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller. Use caution and follow our Safety Tips when dealing with other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Eswatini Classifieds (logos, design, text, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your listings on our platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our servers
• Impersonate another person or business
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Circumvent fees or security measures

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
