How do I post an ad?
Click the “Post Ad” button (top right), fill in the required details – title, description, category, price, location, and upload images – then submit. Your ad will go live immediately after moderation (if applicable).
Is posting an ad free?
Yes! Basic ads are completely free. We may introduce premium features (like highlighting or boosting) in the future, but standard listings will always remain free.
How long does my ad stay active?
Ads remain active for 30 days. You'll receive a reminder to renew it before expiry. You can also delete or mark it as sold at any time.
Can I edit my ad after posting?
Yes, go to “My Ads” in your dashboard, find the ad, and click “Edit”. You can change the description, price, images, etc.
How do I contact a seller?
Each ad displays the seller's phone number or email. You can call, WhatsApp, or email them directly. We recommend contacting them via phone for a faster response.
What should I do if I suspect a scam?
If you believe an ad or user is fraudulent, please report it using the “Report” button on the ad page, or contact us directly. We will investigate and take action.
Do you offer buyer/seller protection?
We provide safety tips and a reporting system, but we are not directly involved in transactions. We encourage users to meet in person and inspect items before paying.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion from your dashboard settings. Please note that this will remove all your ads and personal data permanently.
How do I change my password?
Log in, go to your profile settings, and click “Change Password”. Enter your current password and the new one, then save.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we take data protection seriously. We only share the information you choose to display on your ads (e.g., phone number). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
